- Request to delete account

How to request to delete your account or get the data report
In the following link you will find the two forms to be completed to request the permanent elimination of the account from the LeadBI platform and the dedicated form to request the report of the data of a specific account.
To make the requests, use the e-mail of the subscription to the LeadBI plan and consent to the collection of personal data.
How to delete a contact
To delete an individual contact go to the visitor section and search for the interested contact, click on the button 
on the right and click on "Delete Contact".
How to download a contact data
To start downloading a contact data, enter the visitor section and click the button on the right. Click on "Download Data" and you will get the file with the data concerning the interested contact.

HOW TO ADD A LEADBI FORM ON INSTAPAGE IN A FEW STEPS
InstaPage is a tool that allows you to create landing pages for your website.
LeadBI allows you to create custom forms directly from the platform and be able to copy the script code. Often the difficulty is knowing where to paste our code in order to make the form appear.
Here are the few steps you will need to do to insert your form into a landing Page.
- Create the form LeadBI (CLICK HERE FOR HELP);
- Go to the InstaPage platform;
- Click the HTML button and place the HTML block in the position you want;
- Click the EDIT button and paste the script you have previously copied.
