Customer had lots of traffic on their website but a very low conversion rate


By analyzing the customer website we found out that most visitors were exiting the website after viewing some services, but then did not return to the website to convert. Based on the data collected with LeadBI, we studied a plan to help the customer have a higher conversion rate.

  1. We added a pop-up on the most important pages that give an ebook with useful tips and subscribe to the newsletter
  2. We created an automation linked to the pop-up to engage with visitors (returning and not-returning)
    1. If a visitor did not return on the website after 3 days, the automation sends a recall email
    2. If a visitor goes on the website, the visitor is tagged based on their visits
    3. If a returning visitor doesn’t buy a service after 1 week of the last visit, the automation send a promotional email based on the lead tags

Thanks to this simple automation, our customer gained more returning traffic on their website and a higher conversion rate.
